So when I press eject, the tape starts to rise but something is stopping it, it drops back down and it tries to start playing the tape before trying to eject it again, this goes on on loop.
I really have no idea what the issue may be as I have never even looked inside a VCR before. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
So, I've been using this adapter and an 8bitdo modded N64 controller for months, it's mostly been fine except for one time when I noticed the A and B buttons got flipped randomly and just switching them in the config fixed the issue.
However, all of a sudden, the buttons are all messed up. C down now triggers Z and C right does nothing at all. In the config, everything looks fine. I select "N64" as the source and destination (maybe that's wrong? Nothing else in the drop down menu looks right) and everything correlates as it should but no matter what I do, C down and right continue to have the exact same problem.
I must be missing something obvious but the interface isn't very intuitive so it's kinda confusing to me. Any help would be massively appreciated.
