Best pulse raisers (not for Warm-ups)

What are the top 3-5 exercises raise your pulse the most?

I made some measurements that confirmed the feel I had in training e.g. Pull-ups raised my pulse more than Burpees, Thrusters more than Kettlebell Swings.

I'm kind of trying to find the exercises that raise your pulse the most and it's often unexpected, e.g. sprinting didn't even come close to Fran (Thrusters and Pull-ups) in my case, high rep Deadlifts were also a contender.

I tried asking ChatGPT about this but the answers were too generic. That's why I came to consult the experts!
