Is 19ms latency normal for HyperX Alloy Origins TKL?

Hey guys,

I just ran a keyboard latency test on my Alloy Origins TKL (Red switches) and it's showing around 19ms.

This feels kind of high for a wired mechanical keyboard that's supposed to have a 1000Hz polling rate. I have it plugged straight into my motherboard and the firmware is updated in NGENUITY, so I'm not really sure why the numbers are up there.

Could this just be browser lag from the testing site, or is the debounce time on this board just naturally higher? 19ms doesn't sound right to me but maybe I'm tripping.

Need shampoo recommendation for fine low porosity afro hair + hard water + itchy scalp after wash

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for help finding the right shampoo routine for my hair and scalp. I’d really appreciate advice from people with similar hair or scalp conditions.

🧬 Hair type:

  • Afro-textured hair
  • Fine strands (not thick or dense)
  • Low porosity (products tend to sit on hair instead of absorbing)
  • Hair loses moisture quickly after washing
  • Needs volume but gets weighed down easily

🧴 Scalp condition:

  • Itchy scalp after washing
  • Mild dryness after shampooing
  • Sensitive scalp (some shampoos cause irritation)

💧 Water situation:

  • I live in Israel and we have hard water (likely mineral buildup issues)

🧪 What I’ve tried:

  • Tea tree shampoos (sometimes too harsh / can increase irritation)
  • Clarifying shampoos (helpful but sometimes leave scalp dry or itchy)
  • Lightweight leave-ins (work better than heavy creams)

🎯 What I’m looking for:

  • A shampoo that cleans properly but doesn’t irritate my scalp
  • Works well with hard water / buildup issues
  • Gentle enough for frequent use (2–3 times per week)
  • Helps reduce itchiness after washing
  • Keeps hair light, soft, and not weighed down

🎯 My goal:

Healthy, non-itchy scalp + soft, lightweight hair with natural volume.

🚫 Important preference:

I prefer lightweight products (no heavy butters or oils on scalp). My hair gets weighed down very easily, so I’m looking for gentle, non-heavy formulas.

What would you recommend as the best shampoo routine or product combo for this type of hair and scalp?
