My cherry tomatoes have white spots??

This is my sweet 100 cherry tomato plant!! I’m in zone 9b in California, it gets morning and afternoon sun and i usually move them back in the shade before 3pm. I water them every 2-3 days and use an all purpose water soluble fertilizer once a week. This morning I noticed these weird white spots and these little shallow holes? Any ideas what this could indicate?

Heads up!!! I address my plant as she/her so please don’t be too confused lol

My money tree (I named her Andy) has an orange trunk and according to google, orange is an indicator of root rot. However, the texture of her trunk isn’t soft or squishy, just discolored.

On March 23rd, I repotted my mom’s plant because she was suffering from root rot due to being overwatered. She was kept in a shady spot outside that gets about 3-4 hours of sun. My mom double potted her with one (grey one in pic) that has a small stand inside that kept the original pot (black one) lifted, but because of the enormous amount of water, she was basically in her own pool.

When I first repotted her, I cleaned and trimmed the roots, chopped off the dead branches so the roots don’t need to overwork themselves, and put her in a new potting soil. Although I think she’s healthier now, the base of her trunk is quite orange and I’m not sure if it’s because of the previous severe root rot or if it’s because I need to repot her in a better draining soil.

I’m new to plant care and gardening so when I repotted her, I bought miracle grow potting soil. I’ve heard some pretty bad reviews about it but i don’t think it’s related to my current issue. I’m beginning to feel like I need to repot her in a more chunky mix like a cactus/succulent potting mix but I’m worried I’ll stress her out again. What should I do?

I remember at the start of year when my sister told me this year is supposedly the worst year for pollen allergies. My mom and I have it the worse, we can’t function normally without taking xertec because our allergies hinder us from doing simple things like seeing or breathing, and it doesn’t even save us 100%. I feel like it’s so terrible that even my dog has allergies. This year he has been sneezing/reverse sneezing a lot more and he’s always rubbing his eyes with his paws. Is there anything that can be done???

I’m convinced I can’t function without taking xertec-d every morning. Without it my eyes itch and burn like crazy, I can’t even wear my contacts and if I do they still flood my eyes with tears. My sinuses and throat are so clogged with phlegm that the pressure gives me migraines and clog my ears.
It doesn’t matter if I’m inside all day, I still have to take it so I can function. Sometimes after I take it I still get bad allergies but it’s not as severe as it would be if I never took it at all. At what point should I go see a doctor?? Or is this normal?
