Optimized Study Method I thought up? Idk

This post includes AI but it isnt fully plus its not slop I just didnt feel like writing all this when I already chatted with AI so it knows all the stuff anyways plus now its easier to read (human slop can be worse). So uh heres my study method I just came up with while researching . Mods plz dont remove I regenerated this a bunch so it isnt slop, and I thought it up with my study tool (AI). Make sure to skeptical as you read through. Im not so sure about the claims below. Some of the things have less scientific evidence than the AI makes it sound.

# The Non-Stimulant Study Protocol

**DISCLAIMER:** This is a personal study experiment, not medical advice. I am not a doctor or a researcher. Consult a professional before changing your routine or taking supplements.

## Why This Protocol Avoids Caffeine

* **High Dose Needed:** Data shows that locking in memory after studying requires at least **200 mg of caffeine** to spike adrenaline. Small doses (30–50 mg) do not trigger this memory consolidation effect.

* **Ruined Sleep:** Caffeine has a **5-to-6-hour half-life**. A 200 mg dose in the afternoon stays in the system at night, blocking adenosine receptors and destroying **Deep Sleep and REM sleep**—the exact times the brain permanently stores information.

* **Energy Crashes:** Regular use causes the brain to build more adenosine receptors, leading to dependency, severe crashes, and anxiety.

## The 2-Hour Study Loop

Repeat this loop as many times as you want, but if you feel very mentally tired take time to eat food or exercise. Then you can go back to the process once you feel refreshed.

### 1. The Focus Window (60–90 Minutes)

* **The Biology:** Capitalizes on **Ultradian Rhythms**—the brain's natural 90-minute wave of high alertness.

* **The Routine:** High-focus study. If fatigue hits between minutes 60 and 75, stop the block immediately.

* **The Tool:** Take **200 mg of L-Theanine** right before starting, but only once a day (capped to 200 mg a day for a healthy adult). This amino acid blocks excess stress signals and triggers **Alpha brain waves**, creating calm focus without drowsiness.

### 2. Non-Sleep Deep Rest / NSDR (20 Minutes)

* **The Biology:** Deep relaxation right after studying triggers memory storage. The brain replays the new data at **10x speed**, moving it to permanent storage.(supposedly)

* **The Routine:** Put the phone away to stop distractions. Lie down with an eye mask in a dark, quiet room.

* **The Connection:** The natural fatigue from studying combined with the L-Theanine makes it easy to drop into this deeply relaxed state.

### 3. The Reboot (10 Minutes)

* **The Biology:** Light and movement trigger a small release of dopamine and cortisol, resetting the brain for the next round.

* **The Routine:** Do simple tasks on complete autopilot. Eat quick, pre-made snacks to avoid decision fatigue. Do not check your phone.

## How the Loop Connects

  1. **L-Theanine** cuts anxiety during the **Focus Window**.

  2. The **Focus Window** burns energy, creating natural **fatigue**.

  3. **Fatigue + L-Theanine** helps you drop quickly into **NSDR**.

  4. **NSDR** clears brain fog and runs the **10x memory replay**.

  5. The **Reboot** resets focus chemicals for the next round.

## Total Daily Output

By using structured rest to double memory retention, a 7.5-hour day yields the same results as a grueling **15-hour continuous study marathon**, while fully protecting sleep and recovery. (Maybe)

Edit: oh and maybe 5 grams of creatine could help the brain idk

Anyways what we thinking bout this I havent tried it yet but Im going to

Factory resetting thanks to OneDrive

OneDrive I don't like it. Also I tried deleting the app and the associated folder, I unlinked it, but I was supposed to find the hidden settings on the cloud button that say I want my stuff stored to my PC before unlinking. Anyways it made duplicate folders. I spent 4 hours trying to find the real folders by checking locations, etc, then figured out the paths was messed up so bad I needed to use the registry. Yeah, no thanks, I already spent 4 hours, Im not using the registry now. I just got this laptop, Ill just factory reset it. It was my first Windows device. I guess this is an iniatation of sorts?

Edit: Guys just cuz I had this problem doesnt mean Im too dumb for Linux, I just got this OS and I didnt even know what a registry was until yesterday. Stop gatekeeping the OS's lol. People can learn

Is this overloading myself?

I have microbiology at the cc this summer. Then Im taking stats, evolution, orgo chem +lab, and anatomy and physiology + lab during fall semester at a state university. This summer I'm only taking one class, so I was going to study 8+ hours per day on these classes, that way by the time I already get in, it's hopefully a cake walk. Yay or nay? Anyway I could improve it? Note Ive already done all the easy prereqs, whats left is Calc 2 and other upper level bio classes I guess my other options is cell biology etc. Any other ideas, or is this good? I work 17 hours a week

Am I a weeded out student?

Community college grades that my idiot, lazy, unmotivated and ungrateful self (18M) destroyed during dual enrollment during high school:

C+ in Chem 2

C in calc 1

B- in Physics 1

B+ in Physics 2

A- Biology 1

A- Biology 2

Am I cooked and should I give up? I calculated my max science gpa to be 3.78 assuming I get all As in university, which I will. Basically, Im asking if I did bad in these classes, does my science GPA even matter? Or am I a "weed out" student? I was gonna take as many high level science courses for my biology degree as I could to dilute this, which I calculated to be a sGPA of 3.78 assuming not a single grade lower than an A. Id do everything else right, or is it too risky at this point? Im assuming the best, but a good rule of thumb is to almost never assume the best. This isnt a gpa question, since I know 3.78 is acceptable. Im asking if Ive been "weeded out" as in, is this is so shameful and stupid that my sGPA doesnt matter anymore along with anything else? Is it time to hang it up? Should I do something that tolerates these bad grades more, like pharmacy?

Do I need to be a pharmacist now, or am I cooked for that too?

I got a C+ in Chem 2 and a C in Calc 1. Yeah I messed up and I couldve done better. I got like Bs in Physics 1 and 2. I didnt realize the importance of my education. But now that I do I want to get all As. Anyways I have a sGPA of 3.34 on 28 BCPM credits. Anyways, Im assuming my chances of becoming an MD is like zero. DO maybe but probably not. If I did a biology degree Id end with a GPA of like 3.5 to 3.65 probably, assuming the best (all As from now on). Im just about to graduate high school and cooked myself during dual enrollment cuz I was dumb and lazy. Im about to start a bachelor degree maybe in Biology, but Im afraid I wont get in anything. It grieves me how I did this to myself. So should I give up and try to be a pharmacist, or keep trying to be a DO or MD. After a change in mindset I realize I want to be the best I can be, and I want to be a DO if possible. I know I can get all As from this point on, so assume the best. Im a changed man. So yeah, should I quit and try going for pharmacy or optometry or something or keep trying to be a doctor? Whats my chances if I do perfect grades from this point on and super high MCAT?

Edit: This is college credit stuff I was in dual enrollmemt. Also to make up for my bad science grades so far, I plan on taking more of the RECOMMENDED courses later if I dont get into med school, that way I can further dilute my sGPA.
