What skills should I acquire to become employable?
I recently finished my Master's in Linguistics (yes, another one of those unmarketable degrees) and am now sitting around jobless. I don't have any skills to list on a CV. I have little background in coding, only what I learned in school; I don't know whether starting to learn now would be beneficial. I have done some online courses on editing, copywriting, and proofreading. I'm a good writer; I have been published anonymously in some journals and zines, but I don't have a portfolio of my work.
Please suggest internships or small jobs I can take on to boost my CV and/or skills I can acquire to make myself employable.

Low-stress job for 57M?
My dad has worked in HR for over 30 years, and his work onsite is quite rigorous for his age and health condition. Though I will graduate and hopefully find work soon, he is desperate for other sources of income and keeps getting swayed by MLM scams. Please suggest low-stress jobs that can be suitable for him.
