Dogs moving from middle east to finland. Advice please! Thank you

Hi Helsinkians!

We're bringing our dogs (frenchie 8yo and aussie/border mix 4yo) to Helsinki and would like to know if anyone has tips during winter? We know winter can be harsh and was wondering if anyone has tips on how to walk the dogs (how long usually), what activities you do with the dogs when it's dark and cold outside, recommended clothing. And your best suggestions/tips that we need to know. Thing is we're coming from the middle east so we're preparing as much as we can for this transition, hence the question this summer 🤣😅 We appreciate all your help! Thank you!

Help I need some advice

I had this bike for a year now (Grand Canyon AL6) and have not changed my handlebars because I am actually not sure what kind of bar I need. The bar is too wide for me and when I ride, I end up holding on to the part where i marked red -especially when Im just cruising on a straight road. maybe 70% of the time my grips on there. But cutting the bar there would be too short right? I'm not sure what the problem is but has anyone been in this situation? That's where I'm comfortable putting my grip given this setup. Is this a bike fit problem? or should i just change the bar? If so, what kind of bar would be best? I'm thinking to get a raised one, but I'd like to get some thoughts from you guys the experts. thank you!

Ive been in different kitchens and i think I excel in kitchens where more positive culture thrives. I felt more confident and comfortable when me and teammates build each other up, and kitchen is not as chaotic, no screaming but we all depend on each other. I just left my recent kitchen job because the environment isn't for me. It's the opposite. I was told I'm shit chef, slow and no skills. They said that to be a good chef I need to learn their way. I think it's more of a workplace mismatch? Just wondering what kind of kitchen environment do you thrive in? What is the environment now in your kitchen?

Hello to dog owners and walkers in Helsinki! Just a question if anyone cares to help (we just recently moved to the city)

We have two dogs and we're wondering how dog walking services work here. In our country, we let dog walkers just pick up the dogs at the house even if we're not there. Our house is left unlocked so the dog walker can take the dogs out. After the walk, they just bring them back to the house. Photos are sent to us regarding updates if the dog pooped, where they walked, etc. That's the common practice at least in our country.

What about here in Helsinki? How does dog walking service work if you’re not home? Can dog walkers come to your apartment while you’re at work? If so, how is access handled—do you provide a key, or is there another system?

We would like to know the common arrangements here since there might be times that we can't walk the dogs as much as we want to especially if we're at work so we're looking for all possible options.

Thank you and appreciate your help!
