I’m 27 and on Zepbound. I did 1 month on 2.5mg, then 2 months on 5mg. I went from 220 to 200 lbs.
I increased to 7.5mg on Saturday, and by day 4 I had a rough GI episode: strong abdominal cramps, bloating, constant urgency, and repeated bowel movements over several hours.
Has anyone had this after moving to 7.5mg? Did it improve, or did you go back down to 5mg? Also, did changing injection site help at all?
