What are your predictions regarding this?

Personally, I think EJ is involved. Destiny was a patient at his Free Clinic. She died after taking pills likely given to her by said clinic. EJ was also in the Summer promo with pills in his hands. We know EJ has been cutting corners at the hospital. Maybe he bought low quality pills to save money or even some that were laced. Or maybe cause of the whole not getting these tested by the FDA thing.
