What is usually supposed to happen when Japan wins the GAW? Because in some of my games when Japan wins, its either China gets balkanized again into a bunch of other countries (like shisen homengun returns and Tibet becomes a "Sphere Observer"), while other games Japan just directly annexed most of China and its allied like Mengjiang and Manchuria get some to? What's supposed to be the "proper" way? (Note: I mean GAW when after National Protection Army took over the Nanjing Republic of China and Japan declared war on it)
