Is this the beginning of a cold sore forming? I never had these, but was in physical contact with a person with one a couple of weeks ago. I have no tingling sensation though.

I have also eaten a mango yesterday, which caused some irritation on the inside of my mouth, not sure if it's related.

Description:

Burning small red blisters a few centimeters above the anus. I am not sure about the size, but hair on the photo can be a good reference.

It started to itch/burn a couple of days ago, and a week after physical contact with a girl with a cold sore. We didn't have oral or intercourse, but she did like a handjob. She might have touched her face occasionally. I had flu-like symptoms for a few days before the lesions.
