I am just 5'4 tall and my penis is almost 8 inches long. Whenever i look at myself in the mirror when i am erect it seems much larger and weirder because my body does not match with my dick.

I’m not huge af , but as a 19 year old I am somewhat big measuring at 7.5ish inches . Whenever i wear a slightly tight underwear the area below my stomach aches and my balls are extreamly uncomfortable. Its feels like my balls are suffocating in that cramped up space. What type of underwear is best for this issue.

Can i use my caste certificate which has my annual income mentioned as income certificate or should i produce a separate document from the tahsildar ?. Pls let me know. this is very important for me as i cant really afford full fees
