I trade mnq and i always stop at a loss of 200. Today I tilted and lost 500 on a new 25k xfa. I am left with another 500 which i am scared to trade with.
I have another xfa that i don’t copytrade which I strictly lock at -200 . The win rate for that account dropped from 65% to 50% last week.
Is it me or the market been real choppy?
Also I trade on 15mins, 5 mins timeframe. 30 mins to see the trend.

I’ve been going to the gym consistently for the last few years and was finally making really good progress, especially recently since I was on a cut. Then this happened and honestly it’s been really frustrating mentally.
Wanted to ask if anyone here has gone through something similar?
How long did recovery take for you?
When were you able to get back to lifting properly again?
Did you regain full movement/strength in the finger eventually?
I really want to get back to the gym as soon as possible, so would appreciate hearing from people who’ve dealt with this before.

Just hit 2k. I came back to propfirms last month. I had tried trading last year around this time for a month or two but got my funded acc blown. Till now i was just reading about trading here and there that helped me build my intuition a little better.
Previously i got to 1.5k before blowing my account. This time i want to withdraw a small amount maybe 500 to see if this really works. I mean i know this works and people get paid but its different when the money hits your own bank account. Tell me what you guys think
