Rust help on 2019 Tacoma

Truck has spent most of its life in the north east. It’s a 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR with a 100k miles. It made its way to a drier state, not used to this kinda rust. The frame looks pretty manageable but worried about the leaf springs and general longevity of the undercarriage. Do you guys have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Second opinion on rust (2019 SR)

Test drove a 2019 SR with a 100k miles on it. Loved it but worried about longevity of frame/leaf springs. Any thoughts? Thanks y’all
