Thinking of getting my gluten free fiancé a Wildgrain subscription… worth it?

My fiance is gluten free (gluten sensitive) and I've been trying to think of a birthday gift for him that's a bit different from the usual gadgets and stuff I've gotten him before. He's really into bread, pastries and carby things so I've been looking at GF subscription boxes and Wildgrain keeps coming up. I haven't ordered a food subscription box before, so wondering if you have and if it's worth it long term?

I know that GF baked goods can be VERY hit or miss, especially bread. So I'd love honest opinions before I accidentally spend the money on something that would just be meh.

Basically the title. I've been going back and forth on this for more than a month. I've always bought my jewelry from a store where I could see, touch, and try on (when permitted), and I really like that experience. But for my engagement ring, we're wondering if we should order online? I have a few rings I really like from Blue Nile, James Allen, and even from a couple of local shops.

I guess what's throwing me off is how different the decision feels depending on what I focus on. Online, the pricing and huge selection are hard to ignore. I can filter exactly what I want, compare stones side by side, etc. I've been looking at something around a 1.2 ct round G-H color but I'm open to ideas. But I also feel like I'm relying a lot on specs and certifications instead of just how it looks when shopping locally, which makes me a little unsure how confident I’d feel ordering something this important online. The only con with the local shops is the price, which is noticeably higher.

So where did you buy your engagement or wedding ring and were you happy with your choice?
