With ANC in Civic removed How do I Alleviate Road Noise?

I’m having this huge dilemma at the moment. I turned the ANC off my 2026 Civic Hybrid to see how it would sound without it. I’ve been driving it around and I can hear things more loudly on rugged and messed up roads both on the highway and city. I know Hondas are loud vehicles but without the anc it’s slightly worse and it irritates me. Yeah, I know I should buy quieter tires and add in dynamat. Of course I was looking into adding in dynamat to the trunk. I’m also thinking about taking the L at the moment and trade in my car. I would lose out on 2.25k (not accounting for the 3k mark up for the trim) at this point for the highest trim. With that money and more money I can beat out the highest trim in sound. I also wanna hear from anyone regardless, you don’t have to own a Honda.

So, that leads me asking questions:

Where would I need to target to try to get mostly up to par with Honda ANC but with sound deadening?

With quieter tires would this fix most of the issue?

How much extra did you spend to target these areas with pros?

Say in 8-10 years when I want to buy a new car and trade in this car, would it be mildly expensive to uninstall the sound deadening or is it even a good idea with everything I’m thinking about? I mean… should I just go with trading in this car now and losing money? Regardless I’m looking into paying more money any which way.

EDIT: How much would a dealer take off if I added in aftermarket sound deadening, leave it, and trade in the car?

Want surround sound in Civic Base Hybrid

So, I’m looking at adding an aftermarket sound system in my Civic Hybrid base with 8 speakers. I have a couples issues though, to start off, this Civic doesn’t have rear deck speakers at all only back door speakers on the side. They’re small and I’m wanting to have a more immersive feeling than feeling like I’m at a concert. I want a surround sound feeling not front stage. With the stock sound it does sound like the back is lacking a lot. You get a very front stage feeling, would this this still be present with aftermarket speakers? Am I cooked, since there are no rear deck speakers? Can I achieve a surrounded feeling with just these rear door speakers? Would it sound terrible for people in the rear passenger seats even if I could get something close to surround sound? I say that because could that possibly come with an unbalanced feeling for rear passenger listening?

So, I've had this 2026 Civic Sport Hybrid for 3 weeks now, bought the car brand new, I'm having this issue where the car wanders excessively at highway speeds. Before you guys say anything, yes, I know compact sedans may wander in the wind or next to a car/ semi, but this feels excessive to me. It's bad to the point that other cars have to make space for me even when it's not windy. I have to make constant microadjustments on the highway, and I have to tightly grip the steering wheel on the highway so I can adjust to minimize sway. It can either be a car or semi that passes me—I lose control (not enough to crash into them but still excessive); either I'm pushed back to one side or I pull into them. This happens left to right. I went back to the dealer I bought it from yesterday, a shop guy test drove it at about 55-65 mph near this street way, and told me it looks like nothing is wrong with it. I'll be going back middle of next week for a full inspection. It didn't happen right then and there because it was Friday and the receptionist put me on the schedule during a time when they were fully booked. I'll ask to go on a test drive again, but this time on the highway next week. I'm just explaining this to let you guys know that yes, I've gone to the dealer about the issue. There are no recalls on the 2026 model currently. I'm wondering whether you guys have experienced this? What was it? Any ideas?

Edit: I got a tire alignment prior to going to the dealer or making this post. This issue is still present.
