How do you achieve this look on straightened hair?

I have curly hair (3c) and I've become really good at straightening my hair; it gets really silky, shiny and smooth. However, I haven't achieved the styling technique to get the blowout look yet. Let's say my hair is freshly washed and straightened; how do I achieve this? I have a flat iron and a large curling iron

Do you think some femicides might be linked to limerence?

I'm not saying people with limerence are inherently dangerous, and most femicides have clearly nothing to do with limerence.

But I could never understand when sometimes a young man with all his life ahead and no past violent behaviours kills his girlfriend who's trying to break-up with him. Often the relationship didn't even last that long and there's a case currently in my country where this guy basically never dated the girl who was his neighbor; they exchanged some texts, she rejected him and that was it.

A lot of feminicides often involve older couples, very isolated, he's been violent for a long time etc, I'm not saying that's understandable, but I can get the psychology behind that. But when I hear about a 19/20-year-old destroying an innocent girl's life and his own life for a relationship that would have never lasted and that was just beginning anyway, I get so confused. But now that I'm familiar with the concept of limerence, I think it makes more sense.

Weird questions but...do I have tonsils?

Hello I’m a 28 years old female, I don’t smoke anymore (4 years). I woke up today in a foreign country with a never felt before pain on the right side of my throat that affected my right ear as well, a bit feverish but no other flu symptoms (my throat only hurts on that side, no runny nose, cough…) I check in the mirror and I see this big white patch that kinda looks like an ulcer but bigger and whiter (in the previous days I had also developed a painful ulcer on my tongue and a painful lymph node under my chin, didn’t think anything of it because I do get those from time to time, took some paracetamol and went to bed ). The white patch is not visibile in the picture I tried to include it but couldn’t .

Anyway, I ‘m in a country where public hospitals are not ideal, and two private hospitals wouldn’t visit me because it’s Saturday and they don’t have the right doctor. A very kind pharmacist helped me and gave me antibiotics, ibuprofen and probiotics so hopefully I will be fine.

However the nurse at the second hospital asked me if I got my tonsils removed, in a way that sounded like she couldn’t really see them. I honestly don’t know the answer. I got my adenoids removed when I was 5 and my parents do not remember if they got my tonsil out as well. I’m probably very dumb but from pictures online I can’t really tell how tonsil are supposed to look like? From this pictures can you tell me if I have them?
