Im currently able to invest 3k/month into my brokerage after maxing 401k and roth ira. Is it worth it to buy a home and lose that 3k per month? If not, delay till when?

Anyone have experience with the corsa exhaust without active valves? How does it compare to stock? Enough for the neighbors to hate?lol
