Which would you pick

Please don’t suggest speed queen I know it’s the best, Ill get them on my own in the future (these would be a house warming gift from parents) . Dryer quit and my washer still works but is old. I’m looking to use the Home Depot Labor Day sales to get atleast a new dryer and not sure what to get. I lean toward LG since it’s what I’ve had forever and never had issues with them for the 10 years I’ve had each set but still open to others. I don’t need crazy features like WiFi connectivity or the steaming stuff. I narrowed down to these what do you guys prefer front load or top? What price should I expect for Labor Day?

Amana dryer no heat

Sorry if I posted before I think i accidentally deleted it

Amana NGD7200TW (gas dryer)

Symptoms:No heat. At one point was intermittent as in igniter would kick on and light and the flame would stay for about 5 seconds then go out then a minute later would light again rinse repeat

Was told on here it was flame sensor I replaced that most recently I got it to stay flaming for full load then now I’m back to where I was.

already gone through troubleshooting on it, including:

Replacing the gas valve coils
Replacing the flame sensor
Zero lint in trap, tube or where it goes out of house I’ve ran it without the tubing to test also
Confirmed gas is going in properly

Next steps: do I replace the cycling thermostat?
