Hi! I’m from the Central Valley of California where the summers are hot and the rain is rare. I’ve lived here my whole life and I think it’s time for a change. I plan to move in two years time.

I want somewhere walkable and transit-friendly where the summers aren’t so horrible. I think snow would be cool, simply because it hasn’t snowed here since I was a baby.

I’m currently thinking Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington, and San Rafael California. But they are definitely more expensive, so I’m open to other options.

I’m currently trying to lose weight, and I tend to be very sensory seeking with my food. I love salty and sweet things. Apples are great but I love chocolate more.

But today, as I was looking for snacks to bring to work, I opened the fridge and looked at the chocolate mousse I bought from Costco.

And then I closed the fridge and grabbed an apple! A lot less caloric.
