I'm from Italy, still waiting for "POP UP PARADE Lucy L Size", i thought it would've arrived arround July but still nothing

So i've recently joined Outlier and i see on my dashboard a project from Aether. I'm able to sign the “NA Research Participation and Data Collection Agreement [December 2024]” and after confirming it says that i can now close this page and go back to Outlier, but it keeps loading forever so i can't ress "accept & add to queue". is there a way to solve this? i've tried it from 3 different browsers so far
