hat helped you feel less alone in recovery?

I’m curious about the small things that have helped people feel more understood while dealing with an eating disorder.

Not looking for tips about food, weight, or behaviors, just the emotional side of things. For example, having someone listen without trying to immediately fix everything, finding a space where you can be honest, or learning to be kinder to yourself on difficult days.

What has made you feel even a little less alone?

What has been the biggest adjustment for you?

For those who have been using GLP-1 medications for a while, what has been the biggest adjustment in your day-to-day life?

I’m curious about the less obvious changes people noticed over time, things like appetite patterns, eating habits, energy levels, routines, or how you approach meals.

What’s something you didn’t expect when you first started, but eventually became a normal part of your routine?

Would love to hear about different experiences, both positive and challenging.
