My department is screwed.

I got to work today and found out that I was dispensing my whole shift which caught me off guard— cause I’ve been on picking recently and have come 2nd place almost every shift in our pick rate leaderboard. I talked to a coworker about it and she told me that the coach and teamleads have decided to use AI to pick where people go, either picking or backroom.
I was absolutely baffled to hear this, cause now people who are normally in backroom are picking and vise versa. My coworker has already told me it’s downhill already.
The fact that they’re using ai to pick where to put people is insane to me. Another worker who I’m friends with from another department saw them setting it up last night.

I don’t understand the need to do this, plus the use of ai is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they’re either this lazy or ‘trying something new out’ is so weird.

I don’t know if it’s just my store, is anyone else’s doing this???

Update: it was our new coach’s idea.

Is there anyway to get rid of this?

I’ve had acne for years, I’ve tried MaryKay, proactive, cerave, and I’m using MDacne right now, I’ve been using it for 2-ish maybe 3 months.

Do you guys have any recommendations? I really need the help.
