Time management while studying in the university?

This question was probably asked many times before, but I was wondering, how do you manage to organize your time in such a way that you are able to maintain a main study - other studies balance?

I am double majoring in both Physics and Mathematics, so the workload is heavy, however I am still interested in Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and their intersections. I enjoy learning about cybersecurity, system programming, computer hardware and theoretical CS, I have also been studying about neurochemistry and neurotransmitters for a while at this point.
I have some hobbies like searching for constellations and replenishing my inner "constellations and stars data base".

Anyway, the question is, how is it even possible to combine so many things? Or even how to stop amd switch when you really should? I guess ignoring sleep and food while continuing to go deeper into the topic is definitely not the most efficient way of learning anything

Meeting new people

Hi. I am most likely moving to Groningen this August. I thought it would be nice to get to know some people so that I already know someone once I move
If anyone feels like chatting I would be glad to. My professional interests are Mathematics and Physics (studying) and my hobby is technology related stuff such as scripting, simple cybersecurity etc

(Also unrelated but I wanted to ask if there are any communities/associations or something like that for people interested in science in Groningen? I am not even sure how to phrase it correctly since there is nothing like that in my hometown).

Advice on Speaking and Writing?

I am going to write TOEFL IBT at the end of June. I have been preparing for a month already and I cannot get even one point higher score.
I score 6 in both Reading and Listening in mock tests, but I cannot score more than 3 in Speaking and Writing. I need 4 in Speaking Section and 5 in Writing Section. I don’t know what to do at this point. Any advice would be appreciated!

Studying with negative symptoms

Sorry if posts like this one are not allowed. I just don’t see any way out of the loop. In high school I used to be an excellent student, graduated with honours, took part in Olympiads etc. Then after my onset my negative and cognitive symptoms made it nearly impossible to study. Meds do not help with this kind of stuff.

I know maybe the answer is just admit and choose something easier. But maybe at least one person here managed to get themselves studying with negative and cognitive schizophrenia symptoms? Are there any tips, any ways? I want to study mathematics and physics in the university and it requires a lot of studying
