Built an indicator that auto-labels ICE (Indication Consolidation Execution) entries, TPs, and invalidation levels

Been trading ICE (Indication Consolidation Execution) manually for a while and got tired of eyeballing consolidation ranges and drawing TP levels by hand every session. Built an indicator that does it automatically.

What it's doing in the screenshot (NAS100, 5m):

Auto Trend Identification: reads market structure and sets bias automatically, no manual HTF bias check needed

Auto Entry Label: marks the entry the moment the indication, consolidation, and execution conditions line up

Auto TP Levels (TP1 to TP5): five scaled take-profit levels plotted off the entry, no manual measuring

Invalidation Level: clear line for where the setup is dead, so stop placement isn't guesswork

Higher probability phases: highlights the windows where execution is statistically more likely to follow consolidation

It's not NAS100-only. Same logic runs on forex pairs, crypto, gold, indices. Screenshot just happens to be NAS100 because that's what was live when I grabbed it.

I'm not going to throw a win rate at you because unverified numbers in a Reddit post mean nothing. If you want to see how it performs, drop it on Strategy Tester with your own settings and timeframe. That's the only number that should matter to you.

Happy to answer questions on the logic or how it handles specific market conditions. Not trying to oversell it, just built something that saved me a lot of manual charting time and figured others doing price action might want it too.

Built an indicator that auto-labels institutional entries, TPs, and invalidation levels (ICE Indicator V2.0.1)

Been working on this for a while and wanted to share where it's at.

The ICE Indicator is built around the idea that price moves through phases: indication, consolidation, and expansion. Instead of manually marking these up, the script automates the whole read:

Auto trend identification (switches with market structure)

Auto entry labels when conditions align

5 take profit levels (TP1 to TP5)

Invalidation levels so you know exactly where the idea is wrong

Auto exit signals

Attached is a live GBPUSD example:

entry triggered, price respected the invalidation zone, and it walked through TP1 before the exit signal fired.

Works across forex, crypto, gold, and indices. I'm not going to throw win rate numbers around here since that's easy to cherry-pick. If you want to see how it performs on your pairs and timeframes, run it through TradingView's Strategy Tester yourself, that's the only way to get numbers you can actually trust.

Still refining it and open to feedback if anyone wants to test it out.

Built a custom indicator that auto-labels entries, invalidation levels, and 5 TP targets (NAS100 example) Been developing this for a while and finally happy with where it's at. Sharing a screenshot from NAS100 on the 5m.l

What it does!

Auto-detects trend direction and marks high probability phases on the chart

Labels entries automatically (including continuous/re-entry signals as price develops)

Plots an invalidation level so you know exactly where the setup is wrong

Calculates 5 take profit levels automatically (TP1 through TP5)

It's not NAS100-specific, works across forex, crypto, gold, indices, anything with clean price data.

I'm not going to throw out a win rate here since that means nothing without your own testing. If you want to verify performance, TradingView's Strategy Tester is the way to go, happy to share more detail on how I've been backtesting it if anyone's interested.

Screenshot attached showing a live example: entry, invalidation, continuous entry, and the TP ladder all marked out.

Built a custom indicator that auto-detects institutional entry zones (ICE Model) - works on Forex, Crypto, Gold, and Indices

I've been refining a TradingView indicator called ICE (Institutional Candle Entry) for a while now and wanted to share where it's at.

The idea behind it: instead of manually marking up consolidation and expansion zones on every chart, the indicator automatically identifies trend direction, flags high probability entry phases, and drops entry labels when conditions align. It also plots 5 auto take-profit levels and exit signals, so you're not guessing where to scale out.

A few things it handles automatically:

Auto trend identification (long or short bias)

Auto entry labels with directional arrows

5 auto take-profit levels (TP1 through TP5)

Auto exit signals

It works across markets: I've tested it on NAS100, gold, major forex pairs, and crypto (ETHUSD, BTCUSD) on lower timeframes like 5m.

I'm not going to throw out a win rate number here since that's easy to cherry-pick and hard to verify from a screenshot. If you want to actually stress test something like this, TradingView's Strategy Tester is the right tool. I'd rather people check the logic and backtest it themselves than take my word for it.

Attaching two chart examples (NAS100 and ETHUSD, both 5m) showing the entry label, TP levels, and trend auto-detection in action.

Built a custom indicator that auto-marks entries, trend, and TP levels across any market (ICE Model) — happy to share access if anyone wants to test it

Been developing this for a while and figured I'd share here since a lot of us are always testing new tools.

It's called ICE (Indication-Consolidation-Expansion). The idea is to remove some of the guesswork around timing entries by automating a few things. It's not limited to one market either: works across indices, forex, crypto, whatever chart you throw it on.

Auto trend identification: marks the current directional bias so you're not guessing against the trend

High probability phase marking: highlights zones where price is more likely to react

Auto entry labels: flags potential entries (long/short) directly on the chart

5 auto TP levels: scales out targets automatically instead of eyeballing them

Exit signals: flags when the setup is likely done

Attached a screenshot of a recent 5m NAS100 short setup where the indicator flagged the entry, marked the high probability phase, and laid out TP1 through TP5 as price moved down. That's just one example, same logic applies whether it's on gold, EUR/USD, BTC, etc

I'm not going to throw out a win rate since I don't think unverified numbers mean anything without backtest data or a verified track record attached.

Planning to run it through TradingView's Strategy Tester and post those results separately so the numbers are actually verifiable.

If anyone wants to try it out, drop a comment or DM me and I can get you access. Genuinely looking for feedback from people who trade this stuff daily, not just people who want a "magic indicator."

Ice indicator V2. 0.1 - Custom indicator I made for taking entries and exits

Been working on this for a while — a custom indicator (calling it ICE V2.0.1) that automatically:

🔵 Identifies trend direction (no more guessing bias)

🟢 Marks "high probability phases" — the windows where setups actually have edge

🔴 Drops an auto entry label the moment conditions align

🎯 Plots 5 auto TP levels + exit signal, so I'm not sitting there manually drawing lines mid-move

Screenshot is ETHUSD, 5m chart, today. It flagged a short entry right at the top of the range, and price dropped straight through TP1–TP5 before the exit signal fired. Didn't touch anything manually, just followed the labels.

Not saying every signal looks like this (nothing does), but this is exactly the kind of clean read it's designed to catch.

Still refining it, genuinely curious what this community would want to see next: more confluence filters? Alerts? Multi-timeframe confirmation? Drop your thoughts below, happy to share more chart examples if people want to see it in different conditions (chop, trend, etc.).

Built an automated ICE Model indicator for all the markets, here's how it reads trend, entries, and invalidation levels

I've been working with the ICE (Institutional Candle Entry, sometimes read as Indication-Consolidation-Expansion) model on the (This is an example shared using NAS100) chart, and wanted to share how I automated the manual parts since they're usually the most tedious to spot in real time.

What the indicator does:

Auto Trend Identification: reads current trend bias so you're not eyeballing structure on every candle

Auto Entry Label: flags the initial ICE entry (shown as "ICE Entry ↓ S" on the chart) once setup conditions align

Invalidation Level for Entry: draws the level that would invalidate the setup, so risk is defined before you're in the trade

Continuous Entry Label: flags follow-up entries (like "Entry #4 ↓ S") as the move continues, each with its own invalidation line

Auto TP Levels (TP1 through TP5): scaled take-profit zones mapped to the move

Higher Probability Phases: highlights the window where setups have historically had better follow-through

In the screenshot, you can see a full sequence: initial short entry near 28,864, invalidation sitting just above the entry zone, price running down through TP1 to TP5, then a continuation short (Entry #4) with its own invalidation level as the trend kept extending.

Why I built it this way: the hardest part of trading ICE or liquidity-based models manually is consistency. Knowing exactly where invalidation sits and not moving it emotionally mid-trade matters a lot. Automating those two things (entry flag plus invalidation line) removes a lot of guesswork without removing the trader's job of confirming context.

u/Ethan_Hunt_FX — 30 days ago

Built my own indicator to auto-tag entries, invalidation & TP levels — sharing some recent examples (Silver + ETH)

I've been developing a custom TradingView indicator called ICE Model that automatically marks:

Entry labels (initial + continuous entries as price extends)

-Invalidation levels (where the setup is considered wrong)

-Auto TP levels (TP1–TP5, scaled by "high probability phases")

-Trend detection (auto-labeled per timeframe)

The goal was to remove some of the subjectivity from reading structure — instead of eyeballing where a move might reverse or extend, it flags phases in real time.

Example 1 — XAGUSD (5m): Short entry triggered near the top of a range, invalidation level held, price ran through TP1/TP2 territory down to the mid-57s.

Example 2 — ETHUSD (5m): Long entry off a base, invalidation held below, price pushed up through the marked TP levels.

Still refining the logic (especially how it handles chop vs trend days), and I want to stress-test it against more losing setups before I'd call it "done." Not claiming any holy grail here — just sharing the process.

Happy to explain the logic behind the entry/invalidation math if people are curious, or take feedback on what's confusing about the labeling.

The Indicator That Explains Every Trade Before You Take It 👀

Most indicators tell you what already happened.

This happened on today's XAGUSD session... exactly the kind of move I built ICE Indicator V2 for.

I was watching today's Silver move and it reminded me why I built ICE Indicator V2.

Not because it predicts the future.

Because it tells me when I should actually pay attention.

On this chart, the market did exactly what I was waiting for:

The high-probability phase opened.

The entry appeared.

The invalidation stayed clear.

Price respected the structure all the way through multiple targets.

No indicator wins every trade. Mine doesn't either.

But if it can help me ignore low-quality setups and focus only on structured opportunities, that's already a huge improvement.

I'm curious...

When you look at this chart, what's the first thing that catches your eye?

The phases? The invalidation levels? The continuous entries?

I'd love to hear what experienced traders notice first.
