Hi there. If my psych transferred prescribing rights to my doc and they change practices, are they able to still see my details or is that all locked at the old practice?

Due for a new script and have just found my doc has moved (closer to me which is nice) and not sure if I need to book in with the old practice or I can just follow the doctor
