Lindsay Clancy trial: another “shining”moment from the prosecutors
I missed this, but a lot of people are discussing it on X. Who giggles after holding up a murder weapon? https://x.com/FigureSk8ingMom/status/2089791362036019375/video/1

Interesting article.
Anyone who has access to the witness lists are her therapists ( Dukes or McAllister) on either of them? Can’t find the lists anymore
I just caught up and finished watching it. What a disaster for the CW. Psychology today was the discharge planning given to someone who couldn’t sleep and was in the midst of major depressive episode!? I’ve never understood why she wasn’t plugged in with an IOP by the social workers. Someone that unwell shouldn’t be responsible for every step of their care.
Just catching up on her testimony now. How does everyone think she did ?
Does anyone find this denialism around the seriousness of her attempt extremely weird or is it just me ? I completely understand questioning many other parts of the narrative, but this ? When someone coded? It’s so odd to me. Anyone else ?
Prior to the trial, the CW claimed LC only mentioned voices after meeting with the defenses psychologist. This was directly rebutted this in openings. Reddington said hospital staff would testify that Clancy reported the command voices to a woman from religious services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital right after she emerged from sedation/coma (one of the first things she mentioned, after asking about her family). This was before Reddington or Zeizel had access to her; he described needing significant effort (and essentially a court order) to even see her because of security restrictions. He noted Zeizel did not suggest the voices to her. To me, this would be a significant piece of evidence and I’m curious as to what the woman will testify to.
When asked about the meds, PC said something about things being taken out of context and that her dosage was upped so she would pick up the higher dosage and leave behind the lower dosage of the pills in the bottle. Am I interpreting this correctly? Did I miss something. Found this confusing.
If you don’t believe LC was psychotic ( not even open to the possibility ) what evidence would you need to see to sway your opinion ?
Omg, is this one hilarious. Prime LD. Good to see after last week’s disappointing episode
It’s such a stark difference it almost looks like different people.
In the live streaming, Reddington mentioned giving the CW videos of Resnick’s evaluation of LC. I know there were some questions about whether or not he evaluated her, so it was good to have it cleared up. For those who don’t know, his areas of expertise are psychotic malingering and maternal filicide.
That the commonwealth’s list of witnesses does not include Dr. Tufts or NP Jalotta ? You would think they would be using them to refute claims of psychosis, but they only appear on the defense’s list. Thoughts ?
