Why was Jon Brannstrom kicked out of the band?
It just seems really odd that Jon, an original member who was quite important to their sound, got kicked out of the band right after Refused got their commercial success. If you watch any of the 2012 reunion shows, it really doesn't seem like he was "lacking passion" as they say, so it feels like it was probably something else. Just speculation obviously, but still, seems a bit of a shame.
