Found a ton of rust and old sealant inside the tank, looking for a good replacement but don’t wanna pay $800 for an old tank. Ideas?

Starting with 400 grit going up, anybody have a good idea how to get in those little nooks for the hardware? I have sanding strips which work well but take an absolute eternity. I’ve been working on them inconsistently for a good long while now, and would like a good option to get them done asap. Don’t wanna send them anywhere just so I can learn myself and potentially refinish other wheels. Open to ideas.

Between my own lack of labeling and the previous owners mistakes, im missing quite a few labels and can’t find a proper diagram. Where should this bundle of connections end up?

Rerunning the OEM rats nest and fuel line location, I feel like I have this wrong. To reach the line to the nipple would be an insane bend and kinks my line. What am I missing?

Making new lines for my rails, pulled them off over a year ago and can’t find a decent picture of how they should look. Where is the feed line supposed to connect and where do I mount the return line? Where does it feed the lower rail? I feel like a total novice

Can’t find a good diagram in the FSM, any pointers here?

Hi guys, trying to find a diagram or instructions for reinstalling my AC condenser, seems like I’m missing a step in this process. I couldn’t find a diagram in the FSM and from what I remember, it has to go down in front of the core support. But I could be wrong.
