I am from Brazil, and this was my first payment from RWS. I registered a local bank account that I have previously used to receive international payments without any problems. However, RWS informed me that the bank rejected the payment, so I changed my payment method to PayPal.Should I open a ticket informing you about this change? Where can I open a ticket?

(BRAZIL) Got an email from Maven appen saying an account was created for me on their annotation platform, but there’s no information about what project it’s for or whether it’s some new platform they’re rolling out.I have no idea what this is. Did anyone else get this email?

I tried logging in with the credentials they sent, but it just returned an error.
