What is the difference between Rafael Trujillo in OTL and TNOTL? I don’t know much about him but I thought he was propped up by the Americans in OTL so why is he more aligned with Spain and Germany in TNOTL?

Can anyone tell me the difference between traditional and new republicans in Yippie? From what I can tell traditional republicans seem to have more of a focus on being fiscally conservative whereas new republicans have more of a focus on being socially conservative? I could be completely wrong though
