Battery health

Hi everyone! I have had my iPhone Air since release and have used it for approx 6 months (I switched to the 17 pro for 2 months at the start of the year and went back to my air). Love this phone! During a day of heavy usage I charge the phone around 2pm as I usually hit the 20% mark. I dropped to 99% at 211 charges and then dropped to 98% at 225. I hope Apple bring out an Air 2!

As we all know, living alone comes with a lot more tasks to compete alone around the house. There is always something to do!!! How and how often do you have a guilt free day where you just wake up and watch movies, listen to music, read or just stare at the 4 walls without feeling guilty about it?
