Why did WhatsApp say “Your security code with [contact] changed”?

I noticed this message in my chat with someone:
“Your security code with [contact] changed.”
We can still message each other normally. I’m wondering what usually causes this notification.
Does it mean they:
Changed phones?
Reinstalled WhatsApp?
Changed their number?
Linked a new device?
Or can it happen for other reasons?
Has anyone experienced this before? What was the reason in your case?

WhatsApp Normal account sometimes shows as Business account. Why?

I’m talking to someone for an arranged marriage, and I noticed something confusing.
The same phone number sometimes shows “Business account” in WhatsApp, and at other times it appears as a normal WhatsApp account. I’ve seen this on both my phone and my father’s phone.
She said she doesn’t know much about it because her brother installed WhatsApp for her when the regular app wasn’t downloading.
Is it technically possible for the same WhatsApp account to sometimes show as a Business account and sometimes not? Has anyone experienced this, or could it just be a WhatsApp display/cache issue?
