I have saphir Macadamia nut oil leather cream. Just wondering if adding neatsfoot oil to this product will be beneficial to the leather

For Oxfords is it best to use rubber sole or rubber patch or are both options good? I dont have bad weather but allot of walking on dry/wet pavement and cement . Also wondering if the stock leather from blkbrd is good or are the upgraded imported leathers for Oxfords worth it?
