PSA: Fake SOAR singlets on Vinted
Having been caught twice in the past week, I thought it might be useful to highlight the recent influx of dodgy Soar singlets on Vinted
TLDR; a lot of fake Soar singlets on Vinted UK, the examples I’ve seen are missing the care label inside and the rear shoulder panel is way too narrow
Received a Soar singlet from Vinted a few days back, one of the older colours that I prefer. Tried it in, and it was at least 2 sizes too small. At first thought I’d bought a ladies fit by mistake but no, it claimed to be men’s..
On closer inspection it’s a clear fake using the very similar material that AliExpress is pushing out
Differences I could find..
1/ Terrible fit, way too small
2/ Soar label on neck too big and too thick to touch
3/ rear shoulder panel much too narrow
4/ care label at the inside bottom missing
5/ tack stitches missing at hem
6/ side panels have one join, genuine has two
