Hi! I just started Buspar yesterday and today I feel jittery and a bit panicky and on edge, which is not my normal anxiety. My doc said to keep taking the med and give it a few days.
Did anyone experience this when they first started but then ended up having a positive experience?
I took Zoloft 100mg back in 2021 and ended up in a partial hospitalization program. But recently I’ve been having adrenaline dumps and my psychiatrist suggested low dose Lexapro. I’m worried since it’s an SSRI and my experience with Zoloft was so bad. Anyone have any similar experiences?
What are the best home neurofeedback device options that don’t cost an arm and a leg? I got quoted $800/month for a rental so I’m trying to decide if just purchasing a home device will be more cost effective long term.
