what matters more to guys: looks or personality?

Hi everyone,
I’d really appreciate your advice.
I’m a 20-year-old woman (turning 21 soon), and I’ve never been in a relationship. I’m starting to wonder if there’s something wrong with me because guys never seem to be interested in me or even try to get to know me.
I take care of myself, put effort into my appearance, and try to look my best. But I still don’t seem to attract anyone.
In your opinion, what matters more to guys: looks or personality? What could make someone seem unattractive, even if they take care of themselves?
