Answering in advance - my friends and I regularly buy each other “gifts” and this is where the gifts I get live. We call it my hun wall.

I can see I have a slight lean to the left on the bar, but the hips appear to be fairly even throughout the movement.

The knee pain doesn’t happen whilst squatting. In fact, triggering it is very hard to the point the physio struggled to trigger it reliably.
