This is not my main account but its the secondary CrownCoins account and I never put money into it. So, the only SC I started off with is tye 0.2 SC from the email lucky wheel spin and it put me at a start of AT LEAST 0.25 SC. Usually I would take that to Le Cowboyfor 5 spins at 0.05 SC. but instead I played a rando which is a CCC (i can not stand their games) 3 Buffalo CrownCoins and on that 1 and only 0.25 SC spin the red buffalo went off and so did I (well, the game account at least). Stayed till I got up to 85 SC and went on over Wish Of A Lifetime and got this up to close to 1,000 SC. I have blown up off of 0 25 SC before but I just never thought id would have on Triple C... anyway, those 2 games are, well were, hitting hard for me... they probably done flipped on me now since I came here.

Since today was my day 14 and I was getting a whole 1 SC and having a 30 SC for $10 deal still sitting there... I figured I will go play Lucky Cat Fortunes. Normally I don't post wins like that, but this big win on a 0.40 SC bet in the base game was rather different or unique maybe. Ok, I have, what I believe to be, a unique situation that I will assume is a rare occurrence. I have had JustPlay on my device since October of last year, I have made a total of 20 cashouts since then. There was a situation that has arisen in late October where I did not have access to my device or JustPlay account. In February I finally had my device back and had built up $5 and some change on it. I go to make my 21st cashout and it is wanting me to, again, do a verification like if this was October and me doing my first cashout. I go to do the selfie verification and am told that my face is already on an account... yes, yes my face is attached to an account and it is this one here. Anyway, now I am screwed and cant get verified on my account where I was verified and have done 20 cashouts. I wrote to support and I have not received one reply, I figure that someone would say ANYTHING! Have any of you heard of this type of issue happening to someone else? My screen shots are showing the cashouts and then the messages to support that go unanswered. Can anyone, please, assist me or is there an actual JustPlay representative that can listen to my story and actually help me?

Today I got my 5 FP and at most can only get 2 SC from winning spins, but I only made .80 SC and I figure I will continue to spin on same slot and just lose my .80 SC right where I made it. Multiple times today on CCC I got the grand jackpot by filling up the grid.
