Early bloomer with 1.5 years between chronological age and bone age

My son started puberty quite early, some time between 10.5 and 11. At 11, his bone age from xray was 12.5. The doctor didn't seem concerned and said based on physical examination he's about Tanner stage 2 and has lots of growth left. He's always been tall for his age, we just assumed it's genetics because dad is 6'5" and mom is 5'5". He grew 5 inches from 10 to 11 and is 5'5" around 11th birthday. Just wondering if there's anything we should be concerned about or follow up with the doctor on. Obviously we know he'll stop growing much earlier than other kids and that's fine.

What to do when UPS charges duties and taxes after I already paid them when placing the order?

I purchased something from the US to ship to Canada recently. When placing the order there was specifically duties and taxes. Now UPS is also asking for similar duties/taxes plus the brokerage fees obviously. I know I can self clear to avoid the brokerage fee but would my original invoice be sufficient to show I've paid them to avoid paying a second time? Or do I need to get the seller involved to prove that? Not sure what my next step should be. TIA.
