Yes I will talk to my boss further about this because I don’t understand how the supplied reasoning is adequate unless its somehow an osha violation or somehow disruptive to the company.

How do I fix this. He was a rookie but never had hidden dev was always a normal. We just advanced to the superbowl and he became a hidden dev with 0 snaps played
