I got my frenuplasty surgery done yesterday but my skin is still not retracting and i am stressed it didn’t get errect properly too i still have the stiches what should i do?

I recently found out that i can’t retract my foreskin i can retract it when soft but when erect i cant it comes right back up when I consulted it to a doctor he said that i have tight frenulum and not phimosis he told me to get a surgery than after a few days I consulted another doctor he told me to that my frenulum is all right and game a cream to apply for a month and if it doesn’t work i will need surgery in the report it said i had grade 1 phimosis but i dont i think have tight frenulum what should i do any advice anyone????
