Does anyone know of any nursing homes in Philly that pay for you to get a CNA certificate? I want to become one, but am teetering between paying out of pocket for courses or just going to a nursing home and getting the training. Thank you!

I am a 24 year old black girl looking to move to Philly in December or January. I am looking to either rent a room, split a 2 bed 2 bath with someone, or rent either a basement/attic. I do not have a car and looking to move to a neighborhood that’s walkable or rideable by e-bike. Can someone point me in the best direction? My budget for housing is under $1.2k monthly. I don’t really care about night life but would like to go to day events when I’m not pet sitting or working. Thank you!

I plan on relocating to the Philly area and don’t know much about specific neighborhoods. I am a 24 year old lgbtq+ black girl without a car who plans to use an e bike for travel. I am renting a room it won’t be an entire place for myself, so I can be a little more flexible with costs. Anyone know of places that would work well for me? Thanks!
