Buying higher doses to stretch?

I am seeing some folks buy higher doses to stretch out the prescription and save a bit of $$$.

My question is that the vials says to discard 28 days after the first puncture.

If that is true, then how do you stretch it out more when it would in thought take longer than a month to say have a 7.5MG weekly dose in like a 50-60MG vile.
