I started two years ago on Semaglutide compounded. I had amazing early results losing about 15 pounds in three months. I ordered a large vial after that and had a shelf crash in my fridge and my meds broke. I couldn’t afford to replace it for a while and I could never get back that original result. I gained back about 7 pounds and then all of it. I have been taking about .9 -1 mg or around 30 units. I was having one day of appetite suppression and then nothing. I tried to titrate up but threw up for two straight days and couldn’t get out of bed.
Now I’ve decided to make the switch and I’m using Boudreaux’s. I was advised to start with a 7.5 mg dose/37 units. I do not see how this teensy bottle will be lasting me the month at that dosage, but whatever. I really want to be successful. I feel like I’ve been throwing money away.
Should I be nervous to start on a higher dosage?
Any tips you can offer?

I was on Hallendale's tirzepatide with no additives. Before that, I was using a health spa that my sister suggested and got a month's supply from there (Sorry. I have no idea what pharmacy they used and didn't think about it until I started researching on my own). Between both pharmacies, I lost about 30 lbs in 3 months. However, I noticed that with Hallendale, the food noise would come back way too quick. I would titrate up, lose a couple more lbs, and titrate up again. I didn't want to keep titrating up so I researched other telehealth providers as well as pharmacies and fought through the food noise. I saw the positive reviews and ordered tirz from Boudreaux's. I know some people say tirz is tirz, but my body says it's not. I was on 7.5 mg with Hallendale and decided to order the same from Boudreaux's. I have lost an additional 4 lbs in less than two weeks on Boudreaux's formula and the food noise is at bay. I still want to try Empower's formula, but I am really impressed with Boudreaux. Like others have suggested, try other compounding pharmacies until you find the ones whose formula works best for your body! Hi everyone! I am what some might call a slow responder. I started my journey June 5th of this year. A little back story, I lost 110lbs before getting on glp-1 by diet and exercise alone. It was hard, I was always hungry and I have hashimotos so it was just…. Extra hard but I did it. Fast forward 2 years after losing this weight and my ovary decides to grow a giant cyst over the course of 2 years and I gain 20lbs back. Ovary gets removed and “all is well” and I cannot for the life of me lose the weight. I’m a trained fitness professional, so I know how to lose weight, what to do and how to maintain but nothing was working. Enters….. perimenopause 🙄🔫…… don’t get me started. My diet and exercise were on LOCK. You cannot get any more precise 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ (I’m autistic with a dash of OCD)

I was always jealous of people whose insurance would cover the glp-1s. Mine never did and it’s looking like it never will. Then I changed doctors and she introduced me to compound. I started on Rose City Pharmacy out of Texas in June. I lost about 5-6 lbs in two months. I was discouraged. My doctor told me that since I didn’t have to make huge lifestyle changes, that I was not going to see drastic weight loss like many folks report.

I was bummed but happy that at least the scale was moving. Then month 3 came and I lost nothing. NOTHING the whole month. 7.5 did jack 😭😑

I just placed my first order with this company for 3 months and was approved. I have heard others state their dosage changed from 2.5 after the first 4 weeks but I am showing 2.5 for all 3 months. Is this normal or should the dosage change?

Placed my first order on Tuesday evening …. All went well, nice and smooth . Reviewed, approved sent order to Drug Crafters, processed and shipped yesterday. Got email with tracking # that I should have had it by 12 noon today. It’s 10pm. Still nothing at the door. No update. I just see in the detail screen there’s a delay and they are working to get updated info. Hopefully, it arrives tomorrow… of course my concern is that if it sits in a warehouse and gets warm or drastic temp changes. Like I stated, it’s my first order so a little anxious as I know it needs refrigeration. Anyone have anything they can add or any experience as such and the result ? Am I worrying too much… help please

Hey all, I’m approaching my second month with PreventiveMD and noticed there’s no request refill option. I emailed support and they told me they’d email me a form 5 days before my renewal, but that’s come and gone now and I still haven’t received the form. Any ideas? I want a dose increase, so I’m not wanting it to just auto renew

Taken my second dose and experienced nothing yet. Transitioned from taking wegovy to compounded tirz so I started on the 5mg. Actually requested and received the 7.5mg but after it arrived I thought it might be too strong so injected 5mg instead.

Should I increase my next dose to 7.5mg?

Have none of the side affects that let me know it's workly like the constipation and acid reflux.

Also changed from empower to boudeaux based on comments from other threads that the tirz was better.

Can different pharmacies really have that much impact if the med works or does not work for you?

Anyone know who ot contact? I received my 12 weeks of meds, but was only sent 8 needles and alcohol wipes... ive tried messaging, but no response...

Ordered my meds through Preventive on the 30th and just informed that it is out for delivery today! I'm in Minnesota and can't wait to try this particular pharmacy out of Louisiana!

I'm a customer of PreventiveMD, and had been extremely impressed with everything..... up until recently.

I had questions regarding my newest 3 month Rx, I emailed them, and the response was quick and it was updated. However, once it was updated, it still didn't seem correct. I reached out again with my questions, asking for more clarity. After a couple of back and forth emails, it was still not clarified. Now I've been ghosted, no response. Not sure where to go from here, but this definitely leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

UPDATE: Patrick is AMAZING. He was so quick to respond here as well as behind the scenes. He went above and beyond to clarify and reassure that my renewal is done correctly!!!! With this kind of customer service I don't see myself EVER going anywhere else!!! PMD is INCREDIBLE!!🎉

If I were to go with a 6 month or even a one year script with what I would hope was a maintenance dose but then felt I needed to titrate up. Does anyone know how PMD would handle that? Thanks for any help in that.

Before I just never ask, I’m totally forgetting this and can’t seem to find information on it. I did three months back in August, will it do automatic auto pay or do I have to re up it.

I just want to do one month instead of three this time as I told myself I would only be on medication for a few months then stop and possibly restart again.
