Starting next week after Sema/Word Vomit

I started two years ago on Semaglutide compounded. I had amazing early results losing about 15 pounds in three months. I ordered a large vial after that and had a shelf crash in my fridge and my meds broke. I couldn’t afford to replace it for a while and I could never get back that original result. I gained back about 7 pounds and then all of it. I have been taking about .9 -1 mg or around 30 units. I was having one day of appetite suppression and then nothing. I tried to titrate up but threw up for two straight days and couldn’t get out of bed.
Now I’ve decided to make the switch and I’m using Boudreaux’s. I was advised to start with a 7.5 mg dose/37 units. I do not see how this teensy bottle will be lasting me the month at that dosage, but whatever. I really want to be successful. I feel like I’ve been throwing money away.
Should I be nervous to start on a higher dosage?
Any tips you can offer?

Fostering Piggies

Hopefully I am in the right place. We are going to foster some piggies! I’ve watched a lot of videos and most seem to recommend fleece pads as well as like bath mat material along with daily sweep ups of poop and regular weekly deep cleans. However the rescue org is providing everything and I do believe there will be paper shavings. I will plan to do a deep clean with fully replacing shavings every week. However, with shavings I’m not really clear what best practices would be for a quick daily clean to get up excess poop and keep shavings dry so it’s not horribly gross for the piggies. I do plan on purchasing a plastic litter box even if the rescue does not provide one to put their hay in in the hopes they will do a lot of pooping as they eat. Any other thoughts? I want to be a good host for our new friends.
