Taken my second dose and experienced nothing yet. Transitioned from taking wegovy to compounded tirz so I started on the 5mg. Actually requested and received the 7.5mg but after it arrived I thought it might be too strong so injected 5mg instead.

Should I increase my next dose to 7.5mg?

Have none of the side affects that let me know it's workly like the constipation and acid reflux.

Also changed from empower to boudeaux based on comments from other threads that the tirz was better.

Can different pharmacies really have that much impact if the med works or does not work for you?

Injured by tendon in water aerobics class of all place keeping my foot pointed was not good in the water also went was too hard doing back to back classes.

After almost 10 weeks I have not had pain in 10 days!

What worked was always wearing oofos slides in the house. Using a combination of two different ankle braces and ice and foam balance board to strengthen. Also did some youtube rehab exercises to strengthen my ankle.

I can now do a single raise calf lift without pain before I couldn't even will it to go raise.

What kind of exercise do you recommend I can return to? Afraid the water aerobics will injure it because of the resistance.

Should I do something low impact the bodypump and work on my strength?

Looking at the plans on the website what are the total cost involved?

Going to honest a lot of these place seem scammy as soon as I decide on one I see lots of negative comments. Insurance cut me off a year ago and I have been regaining the weight so need to do something.

Anyone that has been with them for a while can attest to the effectiveness of the drug and ease of ordering it with the website?

At this time I am without health insurance. due to leaving my job to take care of my aging family member/ sabbatical. Thought I did an appropriate amount of reserach finding a short term plan but after finding this sub - not so sure.

Used a broker recommended by a friend who found me a short term plan through Pivot Health/ North River Health insurance Company. She encouraged me to do the marketplace but was unsure about the subsidies.

Know that short term health insurance should only be used for emergencies/ catastrophic events or they will drop you.

Plan was 218/month for 6 months or 318/ month for 12 months. Million dollar coverage 5k deductible. Max out of pocket 8k.

What due diligence or research do I need to conduct before signing up for this plan?

Coming for advice on working with siblings for caring for aging parents.

For context I have one older sister and we have never gotten along unfortunately. When I was younger I used to put in a lot of effort in the relationship then finally accepted the fact she didn't want the close relationship.

So I have been my mother's main caretaker since her fall two years ago in terms of shopping, Dr. Appointments, managing her day to day things. Recently quit my 6 figure job to spend more time with and honestly I feel like the extra attention I could pay to her greatly improved her quality of life since I simple had the time/energy to devout to her. Again just context. She does have home health paid for my LTC so I am very fortunate.

My sister until recently used to visit once a year. Feel like she is trying to take over things because she is older and a medical professional.

Definitely don't think she would be open to counseling but is there a 3rd party person we can include in our discussions about our mother to keep things civil?

Feel like I have been very supportive of my partner who had prostate removal surgery at the end of May. From buying him most of the post surgery care needs and avocating for him in the hospital to attending PT appointments to take notes.

This relationship that is less than a year old and he was already found out about his condition when we met.

There was a post in here from a women who partner had ED from prostate removal surgery and did not take any medications to possible help it. I discussed the post with him and said I would want you to do everything possible so we could have sex again. He agreed he would.

I understand that it takes time to heal but part of the issue is he is not doing his exercises. I have to remind him and even then he doesn't do them.

He has the summer off from work so he can not use that as an excuse.

Just told him he has month to fix this and that's it then I am leaving him.

Am I being too harsh?

Please help me understand why someone would not take 10 to 20 minutes to do some kegels to heal themselves after surgery?

Has anyone else had surgery recently Bergan Mercy? It really seems to really have gone downhill.

One concern was the machine that meassured blood oxygen levels. It kept beeping because it was low but was told the machine is so old that it doesn't meassure it correctly but it was 'probably fine'. Looked up the model it up and it was from 2008 had the old pixelated green letter screen.

What hospital would be better in the for surgery in the future?

My partner had surgery today and only the left side nerves were spared the surgeon went wide on the right. They said both sides would be spared before surgery.

What does this mean for recovery? How bad will his issues be in the future for incontinence and ED?

Also I think a resident did the surgery not the surgeon he has been seeing which I do not think my partner knew about. How do I find this information out? A very young doctor came in to speak to us I thought he was the PA at first. There was so much going on it with everything.

Super stressed because his post op care has not been great at all as from my previous post.

My partner had surgery this morning and is not getting great care in the hospital.

His family took him in this morning and I came in the afternoon to relieve them.

When I arrived he had only a small cup of water that was empty has not been seen by a nurse at all and in an uncomfortable bed and with gas distress. First hospital stay for him so he does not know what to expect. I come from a medical family so I know what to ask for. I immediately got him a large plastic water jug, an air mattress for his bed and asked if he needed an incentive spirometer.

The CNA accommodated most of it but he had has not orders to walk at all and he woke up from surgery at noon. He also has a lot of swelling in his right hand which is concerning.

What did everyone experience in the hospital post op? What should I ask for treatment wise? He is only 53 and relatively healthy.

What should I ask for treatment wise because you can have the best surgeon in the world but if you are neglected post surgery it could be fatal.
