Groww Issue: NAV next day

I placed a purchase request for an HSBC mutual fund on Groww on 8th October at 1:53 PM.

However, I was allocated the NAV of 9th October (which was significantly higher).

According to the details, the fund house itself received the request only on the 9th.

This effectively means Groww held my funds for nearly a full day before forwarding the request. That means Groww might have been using my funds for other purposes(a possibility).

As a result, I ended up with a higher NAV and had to bear the loss.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with Groww (or other platforms) where the order was placed before cutoff but still got the next day’s NAV?

What was the resolution in your case? Did you raise a complaint with Groww / the fund house / SEBI, and did it get resolved?

Would really appreciate any experiences or suggestions. Thanks!

Need help in designing Modern Duplex House Elevation: Heat-Smart & Aesthetic on 36x75 Plot in India

Hi everyone!

This is our first ever own home — and we’re building it for our family. My dad and I are finalizing a duplex house on a 36x75 plot in the middle of farmland in India. Summers here are brutally hot — the place is completely exposed with almost no trees, so passive cooling is our priority. But we also want the house to look aesthetic and good-looking (modern/minimalist pretty vibe).

The house is South-East facing, and it’s already designed with help of a Vastu Shastra guide + architect, so vastu is well taken care of. We’re not asking for full redesigns — just fresh elevation ideas and small layout tweaks (non-load-bearing walls/doors/bathrooms layout etc) I can show my architect so the whole family is happy with the final look.

(Attached: current floor layout, the house will be wall to wall with adjacent houses, open in front and back side will also be facing towards another house)

What I’m hoping for from you guys:

● New front elevation concepts that feel modern & aesthetic but also heat-smart (light-colored surfaces, cross-ventilation, etc.)

● Any small airflow/layout improvements (doors, walls, bathrooms) that help with heat without changing structure

● Bonus: Any quick functional tweaks that make the whole house feel cooler + more beautiful

● I’m not asking professionals to redo everything — just creative base ideas so we can finally have an elevation we’re all happy with and that actually works in Indian summers.

Thanks in advance!

This is our first own home, so every suggestion really helps us finalize the best design possible for our family. Drop your thoughts, sketches, or even just your opinions — every comment means a lot.

Looking forward to your ideas! 🥺
