I have been dying my hair for years. Seems my scalp can no longer tolerate Black Permanent Hair Dye… I was wondering if anyone else has an allergy to black permanent hair dye, and what they use as a substitute for it… fashion colors seem to be okay tho..

Does anybody else have a like… physical negative reaction when religion is brought up? Like, my father has become very religious (which good for him, it doesn’t make a difference to me as long as he’s a good person). But when he brings it up to me (cuz he will when he thinks it’s a good time) I can’t help, but get a pit in my stomach, or even teary eyed? This has happened all my life too. I did go through something traumatic in 2021, to which I blamed god (still do, working on it) but even before that… the thought of going to a church for someone’s wedding, or attending church for a baby shower, or church in general just has always given me a pit in my stomach, nausea… and I’d cry. Has this happened to anyone else? None of my friends seem to be able to relate to this.
I know a lot of Mazda owners love the touch-less screen… personally, I can’t seem to adjust… I got a 2023 Mazda CX-9.. anyone have any luck replacing and making it touch screen? The screen it’s self already looks like it’s too far to do it comfortably.. just thought I’d ask anyways.
