Brown spotting for days before period ... advice/help?

I haven't been diagnosed with perimenopause, partially because of all the horror stories of doctors not taking it seriously due to "40 is too young". But I have quite a few symptoms ... sleep disturbance, the itchy ears, unexplainable weight gain, rage from out of nowhere (when I am generally a doormat who will literally make herself uncomfortable to help someone), brain fog, inability to multi-task, executive dysfunction ... etc. BUT, there is one issue that has just been really annoying and I have been dealing with it for the last 2+ years noticeably. I start spotting brown blood just a few days after I supposedly ovulate (my BBT indicates ovulation, and 4 times out of 5 I have accompanying ovulation pain). The spotting lasts until I have my period with red blood & clots for the normal 4-5 days. The spotting is enough to stain undergarments, but not enough to require more than a panty-liner. My labs say everything is "within normal range", so oBvioUsLy there's nothing wrong.

Anyone else experience this? Any over the counter, holistic, or natural help would be greatly appreciated!

Which purchased version does the author get more money from?

I have my Kindle PW and a KU subscription…which I love! But, I’ve noticed there’s some books that I love and want to re-read. I know the authors only get paid on the first download and read pages so I end up buying the ebook if it’s one I want to reread. I’m trying to be supportive of the authors as much as possible. That being said … does anyone know if authors get a better percentage from ebooks? Or physical books?

I have bought the ebooks and then in some cases bought a book physical copy too. I mean, obviously I’m being the most supportive when I buy all the versions I of a book. But I was just curious about how the authors get paid. I’m sure it’s also an author/contract specific thing.

Human FMC crash lands and is protected by the alien MMC from the hostile plant life ... Trying to Find a Book (from a series) based on a certain "Spicy" scene

I read an alien romance series a few years back on Kindle Unlimited (it's missing from my history) and I really want to re-read the series. I believe it is similar to the Lords of Destra series by Ella Blake and the Warriors of the Citadel series by Hattie Jacks. The book that I remember the scene from is maybe book 3 or 4 in the series and honestly the one scene I remember is "HOT!".

The scene, the FMC is human (possibly crash landed on the planet?) and the MMC is an alien (think "mars needs women" trope & "she is all" trope). The MMC comes across the FMC and there is a language barrier issue, he works to protect her from the hostile environment and fauna and her not understanding what he is doing. There is an alien plant that shoots poisoned darts which the FMC comes across and the MMC uses his body to shield her from the plants darts. While nursing the MMC back to health the FMC cradle's his head in her lap. MMC is "out of it" and under the influence of the poison, he smells the FMC's female essence and>!while drugged proceeds to give her the most amazing oral of her life.!< Once the MMC comes to and realizes what he has done he is completely contrite for taking advantage of her.

How sad is it that this scene is literally the only specific thing I remember from that series, but I do remember enjoying the series and now I have this desperate need to re-read the entire series. Please help me find this series so I can now buy this series on my kindle.
